Non-GMO food grade soybeans

Natto soybeans are our specialty. In cooperation with FTE Genetics, a leader in the breeding and development of food grade soybeans, we breed and evaluate hundreds of new natto varieties each year. Only varieties with the finest ability to produce quality natto are selected for planting on our farms. Thus each natto variety that we produce is proprietary to us and uniquely suited to the natto maker's needs.
Tofu soybeans. We evaluate hundreds of new tofu varieties each year. A couple of varieties suitable for the tofu market have been identified and are being produced successfully on our farms.
Clear hilum non-GMO soybeans. Several general use clear hilum non-GMO soybean varieties are produced on our farms and by neighboring growers for use in a variety of food grade markets.
